With over a decade of hands-on experience in the real estate sector, I’ve built a career defined by growth, leadership, and long-standing client relationships. My journey began in the vibrant and fast-paced market of Dubai, where I had the privilege of working alongside some of the region’s most prestigious developers. These early years laid the foundation for a career filled with continuous evolution, from entry-level roles to agency ownership and beyond.

Early Success and Recognition

My entry into the competitive real estate world was met with immediate success. In 2014, I was honored with the "Best New Sales Entrant" award, recognizing my strong performance early on. I quickly became known for my results-driven approach, building a solid client base primarily through referrals—a reflection of the trust and satisfaction I delivered.

My ability to close deals efficiently and professionally helped me stand out in direct sales, and I continued to receive recognition and awards throughout the years. More importantly, I earned a reputation as a trusted advisor in a fast-moving market.

Mastery in Property Sales

Throughout my career, I’ve worked across a wide range of projects—from high-end residential units and luxury developments to large-scale bulk transactions. My expertise lies in identifying prime investment opportunities, analyzing market trends, and matching clients with the right properties to meet their short- and long-term goals.

What sets me apart is a deep understanding of both the market and the people I serve. I believe in continuously learning, adapting, and staying informed so that every client receives insightful, up-to-date advice and unmatched service. My work is not just transactional—it's about building lasting value.

 

Leadership and Expansion

As my career progressed, I was naturally drawn to leadership roles. I advanced into management and later into directorial positions, where I mentored teams and expanded operations. Ready for a new challenge, I made the strategic move to become an independent broker, which allowed me to broaden my network and offer exclusive deals to a wider range of clients.

This phase of my career brought multiple accolades from top developers and led to strong partnerships with private investors. Many entrusted me with exclusive representation of their properties—something I consider a great privilege and responsibility.

Core Philosophy and Client Relationships

At the heart of my business is a commitment to trust, respect, and transparency. I approach every client relationship with honesty and integrity, ensuring they are well-informed and supported every step of the way.

Discretion and privacy are non-negotiable in my work, especially when dealing with high-net-worth individuals and sensitive transactions. I place a strong emphasis on after-sales service, providing continuous support even after a deal closes—because I see every transaction as the beginning of a long-term relationship.

Establishing My Own Agency

In 2022, I achieved a major milestone by launching my own real estate agency, right in the heart of Dubai’s business district. As Managing Director and Partner, I led a team of agents while personally overseeing a thriving portfolio of clients.

My agency work extended well beyond sales—I managed everything from property renovations and maintenance to promoting sustainable, luxury living solutions. I also worked closely with property owners to enhance and manage their investments with the same level of care and precision I would apply to my own.

Returning to Personal Client Focus

After a rewarding journey that took me from being a beginner sales consultant to a business owner and agency director, I took time to reflect on where I deliver the most value. While managing an agency was fulfilling, it also pulled me away from what I enjoy most—working directly with clients.

Over the years, I’ve built strong relationships with private clients, often representing both buyers and sellers in off-market and exclusive deals. As corporate responsibilities grew, I realized they distracted from my core strengths: high-level advisory, personal service, and strategic project execution.

I finally made the decision to leave the fast-paced, often stressful corporate environment and return to what I do best—providing dedicated, one-on-one service to a select clientele.

In 2024,With a renewed focus and clear purpose, I launched two freelance companies in Abu Dhabi:

"Leila Bahaz Consultancy" and "Bahaz Projects", offering expert real estate guidance and exclusive ofers to clients and end-to-end project management services.

Today, I support clients through every stage of their real estate journey—from property acquisition and investment planning to development oversight and property management. Every inquiry and project is handled with personalized attention, market expertise, and a strong commitment to privacy and long-term value.
